Honey from our own hives at Fennell Bay. This is a combination of gum tree honey and local flowers and weeds.

Every hive we have produces a completely different type of honey as the girls have their own trees that they collect the nectar from. When we rob a hive, we keep that honey separate as all our honeys are different. If you choose this honey, send us a message at the end of the checkout process indicating whether you want a “light”, “medium” or “strong” honey.

The flavours vary from mild to quite rich.
